Dynamos Rules & Policies
- Upon registering with the Dynamos, Player is expected to participate with the Dynamos fall and spring seasons, until tryouts the following year.
- Player is required to attend all training sessions and games, reporting at the time prescribed by trainer and/or coach. If unable to attend for any reason, Player agrees to advise coach inadvance. If absence is an emergency or tardiness is due to lateness of transportation or traffic problems, player will report reasons to trainer and/or coach as soon as possible. At the discretion of trainer and/or coach, player may be given the option of making up a training session with another Dynamos team during the same week before the nextgame. Failure to arrive at training and games on time otherwise will result in a loss of playing time and/or suspension.
- Player will not attend tournaments as a guest player with any other team, unless permission is obtained from both current Dynamos team trainer and coach. Permission may not be granted if Player's Dynamos team has a league game, practice game, scrimmage,tournament, or training session scheduled.
- Player will not attend a training session with a team other than the Dynamos during the period beginning the date the Player is registered with the Dynamos until after the final game of the spring season.
- Player is expected to attend Select Camp and free pre-season team training camp. Player also is expected to participate in two club-endorsed tournaments during the year with his/her Dynamos team.
- Player is required to wear training gear (training T-shirt, blue shorts, blue socks) at every training session.
- Shin guards are required at all training sessions and games. Failure to wear shin guards will mean player does not participate.
- Player is expected to bring a soccer ball and water to each training session.
- Trainer and/or coach will determine starters, position,and playing time for players on the team, subject to league rules. Neither player nor parent should enter into discussion with trainer or coach regarding the above or other team problems at training sessions or games. Complaints may be addressed at team meetings, or may be made in writing to the Dynamos Director of Training.
- Parent agrees not to coach from the sideline during training or games, nor criticize Dynamos players and coaches, opposing players and coaches, or referees.
- Player and Parent agree to conduct themselves at all times in a manner reflecting good sportsmanship, always with the best interests of the Dynamos in mind.
Failure to abide by the above rules, policies, and procedures will result in a loss of playing time and/or suspension from the team for the player, banishment from the sidelines for the parent.
