Team Registration/Association Deadlines - It is the Coach's/Manager's responsibility to check their Association website regularly for deadlines, fees, meetings, game schedules & schedule changes.

PLAYER & ADULT REGISTRATION: All teams and participants, including players, coaches, assistant coaches/managers, and trainers must be officially registered.

Players complete the Dynamos Online Registration, pay Registration Fee (online payment accepted), new players provide Proof of Age. (Birth certificate may be faxed to 281-727-0893).
Adults complete the Dynamos Online Registration & Background Check
(required for ID/Kidsafe pass).

PLAYER & ADULT/Kidsafe I.D. PASSES: Players, coaches, assistant coaches, managers, and trainers shall have an official USYSA Identification Pass (I.D. Card) with the player/coach/trainer’s picture affixed to the back, signed by the player/coach/trainer, and laminated. All coaches must carry their I.D. card and their team’s player I.D. cards (along with their official roster and player medical release forms) to all games and provide them to the match referee if requested or the game is subject to forfeit. Any player with an improperly prepared card shall not be allowed to participate in a game. The player I.D. card must be kept by the coach as long as the player is a member of the team and must be given to the player if he/she leaves the team. Identification Passes (Player Cards) are valid from August 1st through August 31st the following year. Official Rosters & I.D. Cards for Fall Season will be issued prior to Aug. 1.

KIDSAFE I.D. PASSES: All new adults over the age of 17 who will be working with players or helping players at the fields or on the sidelines are required to apply for Kidsafe Passes.

TEAM ROSTERS: Players must be rostered and may only play for one team during the season. Any team that plays a player not on its roster shall forfeit the game(s) in which that player participated, and the coach and player will be subject to disciplinary action. Players are considered rostered August 1st.

ADDS/TRANSFERS/RELEASES (ATR) – Transfer/Release Form Required after July 31st: A STYSA Transfer/Release Form signed by the player/parent is required to release a player from your roster (coaches may not release players involuntarily from teams). A STYSA Transfer/Release Form is also required to transfer a player from another primary team (including Div. 3 teams) to yours, along with Dynamos Registration Fee and copy of birth certificate. The Dynamos administrator must receive the required forms and fees by noon Tuesday to make U11/12 Qualifying/Div. II/Super II roster changes and issue player cards for Saturday competition. Players may not be added or transferred after the roster freeze dates (check Association websites for roster freeze dates). Transfer/release forms are not required for New Adds (players not registered with a club August 1st or later).

TOURNAMENTS: PRIOR TO AUGUST 1ST, ALL PLAYERS MUST USE THEIR PLAYER CARDS FROM THE PREVIOUS FALL OR SPRING SEASON. (August Tournaments - New player cards may be used, but guest players must use their prior season cards, which are valid through August 31st). New players to your roster should be listed as guest players. STYSA does NOT prohibit Division I players from guest playing with Division II, however, some tournaments prohibit this; therefore approval may be required from the Tournament Director.
