The Dynamos Soccer Club is committed to challenging the status quo of youth soccer and providing the community with a longterm development model of quality that consists of soccer education, love of the game, purpose through the sport and most importantly developing good people that are a part of a Family, the Dynamos Family!
Soccer Philosophy
The Dynamos aim to develop players that understand the game, can problem solve, are intelligent players that can be creative and to develop a winning mentality to affect the team. Our preferred playing style is to possess the ball with a purpose that is functional in any system of play allowing for flexibility and adaptability for top development and performance.
Coaching Philosophy
The Dynamos coaching staff believes that quality development will lead to quality results. In order to achieve this we follow these principles and techniques:
- Respect the game
- Conduct ourselves with integrity, responsibility and professionalism at all times
- Operate with a growth mindset to better equip ourselves to teach our players and grow our environment
- Allow players to make mistakes (in order to learn) and guide the players to acquire better understanding and comprehension of the game
- Place the players in learning environments that resemble the game as much as possible to allow for better application in performance
- Always have a winning mentality
